Peanut butter lovers, this one’s for you! This Peanut Butter Quick Bread is soft, tender, and packed with rich, nutty flavor in every bite. And it’s not overly sweet which makes it super versatile for any occasion throughout the day. It’s the kind of simple recipe that comes together in just minutes, making it perfect for a quick weeknight treat or lazy Saturday morning. You don’t need to mess around with yeast or any kneading here, just mix it all up and pop it in the oven. It seems almost too good to be true as you’re whipping it up, but trust us, this recipe is a keeper!

For this recipe you’ll want to use creamy peanut butter for a nice and smooth texture. Combined with milk and eggs, it creates a rich batter that is sure to have you swiping a taste or two. The key to success here is to mix the dry and wet ingredients until just combined—overmixing can lead to a tougher texture and we don’t want that! Once your batter is complete, transfer it to a well greased loaf pan and pop it in the oven for just under an hour.

Easy at that, your Peanut Butter Quick Bread is ready. I do recommend waiting until the loaf cools to slice into it for the best results (I know that wait is tough!). Whether you enjoy it plain, slathered with extra peanut butter, or toasted with your favorite jam, this bread is sure to become a new favorite. Have a slice for breakfast or pack some for an afternoon pick-me-up, there’s no going wrong.
