If you want all of the elements of a margarita pizza in an easy-to-make appetizer form, then this recipe for Margarita Pizza Dip fits the bill! It’s easy to dip and easy to make, with no pizza oven or fussy dough in sight!

Red, white, and green, the colors of the Italian flag, are loud and present in this recipe for Margarita Pizza Dip. The dip starts off with a base of cream cheese fortified with Italian herbs, Parmesan cheese, and a swirl of pizza sauce.
Next, the second white layer is added in the form of shredded mozzarella cheese, followed by the red layer of halved tomatoes. Baked until bubbly, the dip gets its third colorful addition with a garnish of chopped fresh basil.

The result? It’s all of the gooey cheesy saucy elements of a pizza in a dippable form. Each dive into the dip results in an even bite of seasoned cream cheese, tomatoes, cheese, and basil.

While the center is golden and gooey, the edges of the dip crisp up with a golden crunchiness that’ll give this dip a wonderful textural variation.

A great, thick, and rustic loaf of bread is this dip’s perfect partner; things like crackers or lighter bread won’t hold up to this hearty and satisfying dip.
