Victoria started working as an editor for 12 Tomatoes in 2022 and enjoys connecting to the history behind the work, especially when it comes to food. From upstate New York, she was a ballet dancer, a pastry chef, and worked behind the scenes on food shows in New York City. When not in the kitchen, she loves sewing, playing with her Japanese Chin, and preparing for Halloween 365 days a year.
