There’s something about old-fashioned candy recipes that makes the holidays feel a little more special. This Jelly Candy is inspired by the Brach’s jelly nougat that many people remember from years ago. You can’t buy in in the bins anymore, but you can make it yourself! If you loved that classic combination of soft nougat and colorful bits of candy, this easy homemade version is worth bringing back.

The recipe is especially simple because there’s no baking involved. White chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and butter are melted together in the microwave until smooth, then chopped gumdrops are stirred in. The gumdrops add little pops of color, chewy texture, and fruity flavor throughout!

Once everything is mixed together, the candy is pressed into a lined baking dish and chilled until firm. After a couple of hours in the refrigerator, it’s ready to slice into small squares.

This is a fun one to add to a holiday candy tray or package up as a homemade gift. It’s colorful, easy to make, and has that nostalgic. Whether you’re missing the Brachs nougat or just looking for a new sweet treat, you’re sure to love this easy recipe!
