- Mayo.
- Onion powder and garlic powder.
- Fresh chives.
- Parmesan.
And for the topping:

- Parsley and more chives, if you’d like.

How Do You Make Cracker Party Snackers?
For a party snack that will be this well received, it’s pretty simple.
First things first, you’re going to beat the cream cheese until it’s nice and smooth. Then, you’ll add the mayo and the sour cream and keep beating it until it’s a bit aerated and fluffy. Mix in the seasonings, which are the onion powder, garlic powder, chives, and parm.

Put that mixture in a zip-top bag and snip off the corner. (If you’re feeling fancy you can absolutely use a piping bag.) Pipe some of the mixture onto 24 of the crackers and line them up in a 9×13 baking dish.
Top each one with a slice of salami. If the salami is bigger than the cracker and that bugs you, you can use a circular cutter to cut the salami to size. Or you can try to fold the salami, but It’s hard to get them to stay put.

Place another cracker on top and then mix the garlic, mustard, and parsley into the melted butter and pour it alllllll over those crackers. Bake them until they’re even more golden and crisp and sprinkle them with some more chives, if you’d like.
These are rich and so savory it’s a good thing they’re bite-sized! The salami brings fatty, saltiness while the cream cheese adds some silky texture and the herbs brighten things up. There’s a lot of flavor going on in one tiny sandwich here!
