We are big fans of kebabs around here and were thrilled to discover you don’t always need skewers or a grill to make them. These Sheetpan Kebabs take all the work out of it by cooking everything right on one pan. Mix, press, cut, and bake… that’s it! They make an ideal meal prep recipe since you can easily double the amount and have lunch for the week.

Ground chicken is mixed with fresh cilantro, garlic, ginger, and plenty of warm spices for a flavorful dinner that comes together quickly. The key here is to press the seasoned chicken mixture directly onto a sheet pan and spread it into an even layer. A spatula or large knife works well to cut it into long strips before baking. Once the kebabs are separated, they cook quickly and evenly, making this a great option for a weeknight when you want something homemade without a lot of fuss!

After a quick bake, you can turn on the broiler for a few minutes to get some extra color and a little bit of char around the edges. Serve these kebabs with rice, pita, or a simple salad for an easy meal. Load them up with tzatziki or your favorite hot sauce and you’re good to go. Hope you can give the recipe a try soon and end up loving it just as much as we do!
