If you like a little sweet and a little heat, this Candied Cowboy Dip is for you! A play on the simple, but delicious cowboy candy, this recipe has it all. It’s creamy, savory, and has just enough spice to keep you coming back for another bite. Give it a try for your next get-together or game day and it’s sure to be a hit!

Let’s get into how it’s made.. The jalapeños are the part that takes a little planning. The liquid is drained from the jar, then sugar is added before the jalapeños go into the fridge for at least 24 hours. As they sit, the sugar draws out some of their moisture and creates a sweet syrup that gets mixed right into the dip.

Once the jalapeños are ready, the rest comes together pretty easily. The softened cream cheese is mixed until smooth, then the candied jalapeños, syrup, and crumbled bacon are stirred in. You can chop the jalapeños a little more before adding them if you want smaller pieces throughout the dip.

Give the finished dip about 30 minutes in the refrigerator before serving so it can firm up and the flavors have a chance to come together. Serve it with your favorite sturdy crackers or chips and let everyone dig in!
