The wonton wrappers that you find in the produce or international section of your grocery store make for a crispy sweet treat. Here, the square versions are used to get triangle-shaped chips that are perfect for dipping.

After the baking trays are sprayed with baking spray, the cut wonton wrappers are laid out into a single layer on the baking sheet. The tops of all of the wonton wrappers get a coating of baking spray, which helps the cinnamon-sugar mixture adhere to the dough.
