This recipe does require a little stovetop action, but don’t let that scare you off, it’s super simple. Add thawed raspberries to a saucepan along with sugar for a little extra sweetness, apple cider vinegar for some tang, and fresh lime juice for the perfect acidity. Bring that mixture to a boil, then let it simmer away for about 15 minutes.

Strain the raspberry seeds out, then chill the berry syrup mixture for a minimum of 30 minutes. When you’re ready to serve the punch, mix the syrup with ginger ale and cold water. Serve it over ice with a handful of fresh raspberries for treat that’s equal parts gorgeous and delicious. That red raspberry color sure is stunning!
