Be warned, they’ll be gone before the first quarter ends! And you only need a handful of ingredients to whip up a batch. Let’s get into how they’re made…

The base of the filling is a smooth blend of cream cheese, sour cream, and one egg (for a little puff!). Next, we turn up the heat with a few diced jalapeños for just the right amount of kick. Feel free to add another pepper or leave some of the seeds if you like it extra spicy. Toss in some bacon crumbles and a pinch of garlic powder for the finishing touch.

Add a generous spoonful of that creamy filling into each Scoop tortilla chip and sprinkle on a little parmesan. Ingredients
  • 1 (10 oz ) bag tostitos scoops tortilla chips
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 2-3 jalapenos, seeded and diced
  • ⅔ cup bacon crumbles
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan for topping
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and egg together. Add jalapenos, bacon, and garlic powder and mix until well combined.
  3. Arrange scoops cup side up on the prepared sheet and spoon filling into each one (a cookie scoop works well for this).
  4. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top of each puff.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until bubbling.
  6. Serve hot for the best results.
