Pepperoni Pizza Dip
A SUPREMELY delicious baked appetizer dip served with garlic bread toasts.

Do we need more dips in the world? Yes. Okay… bye!

Pepperoni and cream cheese makes a delicious combination when you bake it all together. Season up the cream cheese, marinara, cheese, pepperoni, and load on the toppings. Think of this dip like a supreme pizza baked in a bowl. What would you dip in there. I’m dipping garlic bread in mine. A crust-less pizza needs crust to dip. You’re going to LOVE this if it’s your first time with this pizza dip.

I first discovered this dip being described to me by my cousin Ronelle in California. She described this gooey dip layered with cream cheese, sauce and cheese that you dip bread or crackers into. HOW HAVE I NEVER HEARD OF THIS! I’m a massive dip fan and so is my Midwest family back home. I made her version and was completely blown away. It exceeded my expectations of flavor and my brain started going wild with ideas of how I would make it. Here it is!

My favorite pizza is a veggie and meat pizza. A salty fatty meat mixed with crunchy refreshing vegetables like peppers, onion, and typically mushrooms. Pizzas topped like these are truly the worlds best canapes, which is why they need there own category in the food world. This dip is heavily configurable, so if your dream supreme pizza has olives, put olives on here.

With cheese pulls like this, you don’t need to convince anyone to love this dip. Pizza fans all over will flock to this dip. My only customization to your pepperoni or whatever meat you add is to chop it up. It makes for WAY easier scooping and you can really pack a bunch of chopped pepperoni on more than laying out slices.

Next time, I will be adding mushrooms and it will be perfect. This reheats beautifully and can be prepped days in advance.
