There’s something about a creamy cucumber salad that always disappears fast. This Million Dollar Cucumber Salad takes a simple side dish and loads it up with some of our favorite flavors like crispy bacon, sharp cheddar cheese, green onions, and plenty of ranch dressing. The result is a salad that feels a little indulgent while still being fresh and crisp.

English cucumbers are the perfect choice here because they stay crunchy and have fewer seeds than traditional cucumbers. A quick seasoning of garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper gives them plenty of flavor before they’re tossed with all the good stuff. The dill adds a classic cucumber salad taste while the ranch dressing brings everything together.

Crumbled bacon adds smoky, savory flavor, green onions bring a little bite, and shredded cheddar cheese makes the whole dish rich and satisfying. It’s the kind of combination that turns a simple vegetable side into something people keep coming back for.

One of the best things about this salad is how easy it is to prepare. Just a few minutes of chopping and mixing, followed by a short chill in the refrigerator, and it’s ready to serve. Whether you’re planning a backyard barbecue, packing a picnic, or just looking for a cool side dish for dinner, this Million Dollar Cucumber Salad is sure to please.
