Making Mealtime Meaningful: Discover how we're giving back with the 12T Cares program →

While I do like spending time in the kitchen coming up with new and creative desserts, sometimes I just want an easy go-to recipe! Whether you’re looking to satisfy your sweet tooth or serve these goodies up to friends and family, I promise you’ll find something on this list to try out. With truffles, cookies, and ice cream, we’ve hit up all the main food groups on this list. The best part, of course, is that they only require 3 ingredients!

3-Ingredient Cookies and Cream Dream Bars

We’re huge fans of traditional rice krispie treats, but sometimes we like to get a little more creative with classic recipes. Not only are our cookies and cream bars loaded with gooey marshmallow and crunchy chocolate cookie chunks, but you will stumble upon bits of the Oreo cream filling as well – yum! These 3-ingredient treats only require a microwave – no oven or stove – so they’re not only a breeze to whip up, but are a perfect recipe for little ones to help with – we just made a batch with our kids and they had so much fun! Dorie Greenspan’s 3-Ingredient Almond Crackle Cookies

It’s hard to believe that you can make a cookie with just three ingredients, but you can! These are made up of just eggs, sugar, and sliced almonds, but we’ve amended it with a little pinch of salt. (You can always leave that out and stay true to Dorie’s original recipe if you wish, though.) The ingredient list is simple and the preparation is simple too. You just whisk together the egg and sugar until it has thickened and then stir in the almonds and spoon the mixture out onto a baking sheet. That all takes less than five minutes! 3-Ingredient Peach Sherbet

With just three ingredients (only two are essential!) and a food processor, we made a creamy, delicious peach sherbet that satiated our craving and then some! Seriously, we would pay good money for this dessert, but it’s great not having to, given how incredibly easy it is to make this ourselves. Plus, you’re welcome to eat it right after you’ve blended everything together, but we decided to wait a couple hours just so we could get those perfect scoops…the choice is yours! 3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

There are some flavors that stay with you forever. For many of us, the taste of peanut butter cookies, with their distinctive criss cross pattern on top, were a familiar childhood treat. This really simple recipe only has peanut butter, sugar, and one egg. If you’d like you can dress these cookies up with chocolate chips like we did, but they are honestly really yummy either way. 3-Ingredient Coconut Truffles

When you’re looking for a tasty dessert with minimal fuss, or even when you’re craving a Mounds bar but don’t have any on hand, these easy coconut truffles really hit the spot. The center is sweet, rich, and full of coconut. The chocolate shell is the perfect foil to the sweet center. And, they couldn’t be easier to make. With just 3 ingredients they are by far one of the easiest desserts out there. To make these truffles you only need shredded coconut, condensed milk, and semi-sweet chocolate chips. 3-Ingredient Almond Butter Cookies

These almond butter cookies are crispy, slightly sweet, and totally satisfying. The best part? You only need 3 ingredients to make them. Plus, there’s no added sugar, flour, or eggs, so you can munch away on these cookies completely guilt-free. I was surprised to come across this recipe and knew I had to try it out for myself! I couldn’t believe I could get delicious cookies using just almond butter, maple syrup, and a dash of cinnamon. Fortunately, these cookies turned out even better than I imagined.
