This simple formula of ready made pizza dough, plus cream cheese and plenty of garlic equals is a recipe for appetizer or dinner roll success. Muffin Tin Garlic Bombs come together in a matter of minutes and leave a long-lasting memory of deliciousness. I like making these for a social occasion when I want to serve generous appetizers, and I equally enjoy them when I want to jazz up a batch of dinner rolls. I’ll show you how to work this magic.

Yes, these will be garlicky! That’s part of their charm. A generous amount of fresh garlic and cream cheese, salt and Italian seasoning, and mozzarella cheese make up the filling.

Store-bought pizza dough is cut into 12 equal pieces and stretched to accommodate the scoop of the garlicy cream cheese filling. The filling is sealed by tucking the edges together and the roll is placed seam-side down into an awaiting muffin tin.

For added flavor and beautiful golden crust, the muffins are brushed with a mixture of melted butter, more salt and Italian seasoning, and yes, more garlic.

These garlic, cheesy-stuffed “muffins” come out of the oven a beautiful golden color, with a cheese filling that is melty and delicious.

Split these muffins in half to reveal the savory center and dip into a side of marinara. Muffin Tin Garlic Bombs are an excting way to change up the conventional cheesy bread experience!
