Meatloaf might get a bad rap as a boring dinner choice, but we’re here to prove the critics wrong. This Lipton Onion Meatloaf comes together in minutes, is full of juicy flavor, and makes for a dinner that everyone loves (and even better meatloaf sandwiches the next day!). Using a packet of onion soup mix keeps things simple while delivering that savory, beefy flavor everyone expects. It’s comforting, reliable, and exactly the kind of recipe you reach for when you want something hearty without a lot of extra work.

The ingredient list couldn’t be more straightforward. Ground beef forms the base, while breadcrumbs and eggs help bind everything together and keep the loaf tender. The Lipton beef onion soup mix does most of the seasoning work for you, with just a little garlic powder and black pepper added in. Ketchup and water round things out, adding moisture and a subtle sweetness that balances the savory flavors.

Putting it together is as easy as it gets. Everything goes into one big bowl, where it’s mixed until just combined. The mixture is then pressed into a loaf pan, making sure it’s packed well so it holds its shape while baking. Once it’s in the oven, the meatloaf slowly cooks until it’s juicy on the inside and perfectly done.

After baking, letting the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes makes all the difference. This helps it firm up so it slices cleanly and stays moist. Serve it with mashed potatoes, green beans, or a simple salad for a classic comfort-food dinner. It’s the kind of dependable recipe you’ll come back to again and again!
