If you’re looking for a breakfast that’s filling enough to keep you going all morning, these High-Protein Breakfast Biscuits are just the thing. Packed with Greek yogurt, eggs, ham, and plenty of cheddar cheese, each biscuit is hearty and satisfying. They’re easy to make ahead so your busy mornings are a little less stressful.

The dough comes together in just one bowl with simple pantry staples. Greek yogurt adds in some protein, and a little flaxseed meal gives them an extra nutritional boost. Then, dried dill, garlic powder, green onions, and a pinch of red pepper flakes add just enough seasoning to keep every bite interesting.

They’re sturdy enough to grab on your way out the door but just as good warmed up and served alongside fresh fruit or scrambled eggs. The extra sprinkle of cheese on top bakes into a golden, crispy finish that’s hard to resist.

These biscuits also store well, making them perfect for meal prep. Once they’ve cooled, simply keep them in an airtight container and reheat one whenever you need a quick breakfast or afternoon snack. Whether you’re feeding a busy family or stocking the freezer for yourself, this is one of those dependable recipes you’ll use over and over!
