If you’re looking for a dip that really stands out on the snack table, this Georgia Knockout Dip delivers in a big way. It’s the kind of recipe that catches people off guard (in the best way possible) with its balance of creamy, sweet, and just a little bit spicy. Appropriately named after the sweet, but bold ladies of the south! Whether you’re hosting friends or bringing something to a potluck, this is one of those dishes that disappears fast.

It’s all about the combination of flavors here. Cream cheese and sour cream create a rich, smooth base, while peach preserves add a touch of sweetness that feels just right. Then come the jalapeños and green onions, bringing a gentle heat and a bit of bite that keeps things interesting. A pinch of cayenne ties it all together with just enough kick to live up to its “knockout” name.

It’s also incredibly easy to make, which is always a bonus. Everything comes together in one bowl—just mix until smooth and well combined, then let it chill for a bit so the flavors can meld. That short rest in the fridge makes a difference, giving the dip a slightly thicker texture and a more balanced taste. A spoonful of extra peach preserves on top adds a pretty finishing touch and an extra pop of sweetness.

Serve this dip with crackers, chips, or pretzels, and you’ve got a crowd-pleasing appetizer ready to go. It’s just as perfect for game day as it is for holiday gatherings or casual get-togethers. Once people get a taste, don’t be surprised if they start asking for the recipe—it’s one you’ll come back to again and again.
