  • 1 (16 oz) box of pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 2 stems of celery, diced
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Dressing
  • 1 1/4 cups of mayo
  • 8 oz Sour Cream
  • 2 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup diced Pimientos with oil
  • 2 teaspoons of Celery Salt
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, add cooked pasta, bell pepper, red onion, celery, and shredded cheese.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients.
  3. Pour dressing over salad and toss until well combined.
