Bang Bang Chicken Bake
A saucy dish that's loaded with flavor!

Bang Bang Chicken is one of those recipes that is absolutely delicious but is still easy enough to make any night of the week. It’s tangy, sweet, and just a little spicy, all in one simple bake. If you’ve ever ordered bang bang chicken at a restaurant, this homemade version delivers that same big flavor without any complicated steps.

The chicken itself keeps things straightforward. Tender chicken tenders are lightly coated in olive oil and seasoned with pantry staples like paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Nothing fancy here—just enough seasoning to give the chicken good flavor before it goes into the oven. Baking keeps the chicken juicy while letting the sauce do most of the heavy lifting.

That sauce is where the magic really happens. A mix of mayo, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey creates the classic bang bang balance of creamy, sweet, and spicy. It’s smooth, rich, and coats the chicken perfectly as it bakes. You can always tweak the heat by adding a little more or less Sriracha, but as written, it hits a nice middle ground that most people will love.

Once the sauce is spooned over the chicken, everything goes into a hot oven until the chicken is cooked through and tender. In less than half an hour, dinner is ready and packed with flavor. Serve this Bang Bang Chicken with rice, noodles, or roasted veggies, and you’ve got a meal that feels exciting without making a mess of your kitchen.
