When fall rolls around, I find myself looking for recipes that will really set the tone for a cozy autumn day. And what could be more perfect for that occasion than a pumpkin flavored dish. This Baked Pumpkin Dip is a savory take on the fall favorite and packed with rich and herby goodness. It’s baked to bubbling perfection and the perfect snack or appetizer on a chilly day. Let’s get into the ingredient list…

The dip starts out with a super creamy base made up of cream cheese and goat cheese, a rich and tangy combo! Some shredded parmesan adds a nutty flavor and a heaping 1/2 cup of crumbled bacon brings in the savory taste. Now for the seasonings: we bring in some warmth with a pinch of paprika, herby notes with the sage, and garlic to round it all out. It’s a simple mix and bake situation that takes no time at all (and don’t we love those kinds of recipes!).

Serve this hot and bubbling straight from the oven with your favorite dippers—pita chips, pretzels, crusty bread, or even crisp apple slices. It’s the kind of appetizer that disappears fast, so you might want to make a double batch if you’re hosting a crowd. Whether you set it out for game day snacking or work it into your holiday spread, this Baked Pumpkin Dip is sure to become a seasonal favorite.
