Rustic Autumn Vegetable Soup

If there’s anything we crave most when the weather gets cold, it’s a comforting bowl of soup. Our recipe for a rustic autumn soup really hits the spot, with tender potatoes and carrots, hearty white beans and plenty of herbs for flavor. It even has just-tender cauliflower florets to add some texture. It’s really the perfect meal to warm us up after a chilly day of raking leaves, and it goes great with crusty bread or fresh biscuits. Pumpkin And Potato Soup

A homemade soup is about as comforting as comfort food gets, and our smooth and delicious pumpkin and potato soup is no exception. We’ve got some diced pumpkin, potatoes, carrots, and apples and honey (for a little natural sweetness) that are all brewed up together than blitzed with a food processor or blender (if you’ve got an immersion blender, this job gets much easier). A beautifully autumnal orange soup is what you’ll end up with and it is going to be amazingly good. For garnish, we like to add a scattering of freshly cracked black pepper and a drizzle of olive oil for a little extra richness at the end. A chuck of some warm toasted bread is all you’ll need to finish the soup. Get our recipe here!

Busy Day Kielbasa Potato Soup

There are some soups that seem to take a whole day of simmering to develop substantial flavor. But not this one. This one takes just about thirty minutes from start to finish but is every bit as hearty and flavorful as you could hope for. It’s perfect for a busy day – the kind of soup you throw on when you don’t have a lot of time but you still need some quick comfort to fill you up. Get our recipe here!

Roasted Butternut Squash Soup

Truly this butternut squash soup is one of the quintessential meals of fall, with all of the veggies and herbs to boot. With just a little bit of prep work, you can throw this meal in the oven and let it do the work for you! The best part about this recipe is that it’s actually good for you! No heavy cream or butter, but it still maintains the rich, creamy texture. Good thing too, because we practically drink this stuff as soon as it’s out on the table! Go ahead and try out this lighter version of an autumn classic, you won’t be disappointed! Get our recipe here!

Extra Creamy Broccoli Cheddar Soup

This isn’t just any broccoli cheddar soup, this is the creamiest, richest version we’ve ever had! And did we mention that this is a crockpot recipe? That’s right, just pour the ingredients in the crock pot before leaving for work and come home to this delicious dinner! No need to worry about leftovers, the whole family will be asking for seconds! Loaded Baked Potato Soup

Soup season and slow cooker season go hand-in-hand. There’s really nothing like a homemade soup on a cold fall or winter day to make everyone feel cozy and warm. We got to thinking about some of our favorite foods-turned-soup and naturally, we thought of a loaded baked potato. If you’ve never tried the soup version, you’re in for something really special. It’s all done in the slow cooker, too, so prep and clean up is pretty simple. Get our recipe right here!
