Making Mealtime Meaningful: Discover how we're giving back with the 12T Cares program →

Mornings have a way of being the most hectic time of day, whether you’re trying to run out the door to work, get the kids to school, or happen to be feeding a crowd of houseguests on a Sunday morning. But that doesn’t mean breakfast has to add to the stress or chaos. These five breakfast recipes make life easy – each one comes together on a sheet pan so you can make a huge and hearty meal without a lot of effort.

Sheet Pan Breakfast Pizza

I have never been one to shy away from pizza for breakfast, but usually that just means extracting a cold slice from the leftover box in the fridge. No matter how you slice it (pun intended), pizza for breakfast is good. Real good. But how good would it be if you made a pizza specifically for the morning meal, with all of your favorite breakfast goodies as toppings? (Spoiler alert – it’s great.)

Sheet Pan Hashbrown Breakfast Bake

I have long been a fan of the breakfast bake because it’s an easy way to feed a crowd a hearty breakfast without going to a lot of trouble. But usually they’re in casserole form. (Not that I mind that tendency. Quite the contrary.) This breakfast bake, however, uses sheet pan meal technology to bring you all of your breakfast favorites at once – so you get cheesy hashbrowns, perfect eggs, and savory ham without having to prepare them separately.

Sheet Pan Frittata

A frittata is one of the best ‘use-it-up’ dishes out there. Whatever veggies happen be languishing in your fridge, you can fold ’em into a frittata and they always seem to go together somehow. (Not to mention it’s also an incredibly easy way to get a nutritious breakfast on the table.) Our Sheet Pan Frittata is no different, except that it also helps you feed quite a crowd without a ton of work. No crowd? No worries. This is perfect for meal prep too.

Sheet Pan Eggs in a Hole

Do you know what breakfast never fails to impress? Eggs-in-a-hole! And why shouldn’t it? It’s like a complete delicious breakfast in one adorable little package. Maybe the success is based on its simplicity – after all, a runny egg has no better companion than a piece of toast! Here we’ve simplified it even more because now you don’t have to stand over a hot stove to make it. Go ahead and make six at once in the oven with our Sheet Pan Egg-in-a-Hole. (And we went ahead and threw in some bacon too. What’s breakfast without bacon?)

Sheet Pan Bacon Cheddar Quiche

When you have a crowd to serve for breakfast or brunch, a quiche is a no-brainer. If not universally loved, it’s at least darn close to it and you can fill it with pretty much anything your heart desires. But what if your crowd is big, like really big? Well, that’s where a Sheet Pan Quiche is the perfect solution, and in particular, this bacon and cheddar filled one. When you cook a quiche on a sheet pan, there’s nothing different about the crust and the filling, per se, it’s just that the ratio is totally different. That means you end up with a lot more slices to go around and a thinner filling with a lot more buttery flaky crust in every bite. (I don’t know about you but that all sounds pretty good to me – when it comes to things with a pastry crust, I’ll take as much as I can get.)
