More About the Class:
Three amazing recipes we are discussing today to cover some of the more non-traditional basics. Garlic fried rice or sinanag, Eggplant omelet or Tortang Talong, and a dessert highlighting the national fruit of the Philippines, Mango Float. These recipes are simple, but with a twist I like to say. They are all technique and little skill which equals approachable in my book. Can’t wait for you to try these, especially the dessert.
