For those who prefer surf over turf, we’ve got an amazing salmon for the grill as well. Salmon is already super simple and tastes great with just salt and pepper, but like the pork, it pairs really well with acids, like those in lemon and lime. We balance that acidity with butter for a little creaminess, and garlic for a slight peppery kick. The finished product is a pearly pink piece of salmon, seasoned to perfection, and beyond delicious.
