We’re not exactly sure who Mary is, but what we can tell you is that her dip recipe is GOOD. Mary’s Hot Pepper Dip is one of those easy recipes that just knocks it outta the park flavor-wise. It’s warm, cheesy, creamy, and packed with all the good stuff to keep everyone coming back for another scoop. Whether you’re hosting a game day party or casual get-together, this dip fits right in.

What makes this recipe so great is how simple it is to put together. Everything gets mixed right in the baking dish, which means less prep work and fewer dishes to wash afterward. A combination of Monterey Jack, mozzarella, and two kinds of cream cheese creates a rich and melty base that bakes up perfectly golden and bubbly.

The roasted red peppers add a touch of sweetness and color, while a little garlic, onion, and Dijon mustard bring plenty of savory flavor. The result is a dip that’s creamy and flavorful without being overpowering. It’s the kind of recipe that appeals to just about everyone from the kids to the grandparents.

Serve Mary’s Pepper Dip straight from the oven with crackers, pretzels, pita chips, or even fresh vegetables for dipping. It’s warm, comforting, and exactly the sort of crowd-pleasing appetizer that’s worth keeping in your recipe box. Don’t be surprised if guests start asking for the recipe before the party is over.
