This dip might be even easier to whip up than the cocktail that inspired it. Start out by mixing a block of cream cheese until it’s nice and smooth. Then, add in a tub of cool whip and 1 ½ cups of cold milk and whisk it all together. Now for the flavor: pour in the lemon instant pudding mix, lime jello powder, salt, and lime zest. Whisk the mixture for a minute or two, transfer it to your serving dish, then pop the dip in the fridge for half an hour to set.

Once set, garnish the dip with more lime zest, lime slices, and flake sea salt for a real showstopper. We like to serve it with pretzels to go all in on the sweet & salty theme, but nilla wafers or fruit also make tasty dipping vehicles. Give this recipe a try for your next fiesta and we’re sure it’ll be a big hit.
