Each herb adds its own unique notes to the batter, resulting in a bread that’s bursting with flavor. We’ve used oregano, thyme, rosemary, and chives, but if you aren’t able to get your hands on these exact herbs that’s ok. Double up on some or substitute half the amount of dried herbs in a pinch. The ingredient you definitely don’t want to skimp on is the garlic! Three large cloves are minced and mixed into the batter and round out the flavor in the best way.
