Ingredients
- 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 6 large eggs, lightly beaten with a bit of salt
- 1 pound thinly sliced ham
- 1 3/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Nonstick cooking spray
- Everything bagel seasoning, as needed
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough, evenly spacing each triangle portion on the tray.
- In a skillet melt butter and add whisked eggs, mixing until the eggs are scrambled. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a plate.
- Place a bit of ham on top of each crescent roll triangle. Top with a bit of scrambled egg, cheese, and green onions. Repeat this with the remaining crescent rolls.
- From the base of the triangle, roll up the crescent rolls. Lightly spray each roll with baking spray and sprinkle on everything bagel seasoning.
- Bake in preheated oven for 13 to 15 minutes. The tops should be golden and the cheese is slightly melting out of the rolls. Serve warm and enjoy!
