Frosted Frozen Grapes are a great way to have a refreshing and crunchy bite of fruity bliss. Here, sugar coating isn’t just a phrase but makes for a satisfying simple dessert!

The hardest thing about this recipe is preparing all of the ingredients in bowls.
Lemon juice is used as the “sticking” liquid, but if you want a boozy version, you can swap out the lemon juice for a wine or liqueur.
Next, the grapes are then rolled in granulated sugar. Make sure not to overcrowd the bowl, or else the grapes won’t get an even coating.

Transfer the sugar-coated grapes on the prepared baking sheet into the freezer. It gets the sugar perfectly sticking to the grapes; you’ll want them to be frozen for a minimum of two hours.

Served chilled, these Frosted Frozen Grapes are a cold, crispy, and juicy bite. On the outside, the sugar coating crackles with a satisfying crunch. The grape juice on the inside freezes into a popsicle-like texture.

Lemon juice is a great contrast that balances out the sugar but also enhances the natural tanginess of the grapes. These are a fun treat to have on standby, but also a great garnish for a fancy party drink or punch.

Whenever you eat these Frosted Frozen Grapes, you’ll feel like your moment is a little bit elevated.
