If you’re familiar with the classic cowboy cookies, then this recipe will look pretty familiar to you. We’ve got all the basic ingredients like butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs for the base, then old fashioned oats and coconut flakes are mixed in for a little texture.
