There’s something about a simple, creamy fruit salad that just feels timeless, and this Copycat Ruby Tuesday Apple Salad fits that bill perfectly. It’s crisp, a little sweet, a little tangy, and full of satisfying crunch in every bite. If you’ve ever had the restaurant version, you know how memorable it is. The good news is it’s incredibly easy to recreate at home!

The flavor starts with the dressing, a smooth blend of sour cream, mayo, sugar, and a splash of lemon juice. It’s creamy without being too heavy, and that bit of citrus keeps everything tasting fresh. Once whisked together, it’s ready to coat all the good stuff.

For the salad itself, you’ve got a colorful mix of diced green and red apples for a balance of tart and sweet, plus crisp celery for that refreshing crunch. Dried cranberries add a chewy sweetness, while pecans bring a rich, nutty contrast that ties everything together.

To serve, spoon the mixture into cups of butter lettuce for a fresh, pretty presentation that’s perfect for lunches, showers, or holiday spreads. It’s the kind of dish that feels a little nostalgic and completely dependable!
