Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or, cubed
- 12 oz frozen spinach, thawed
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup creamy caesar dressing
- 1 teaspon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan, for topping
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs, for topping
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 and lightly grease an 8x11-inch baking dish.
- Add chicken, spinach, and 1 cup parmesan to the baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, dressing, and garlic powder until smooth. Spoon over chicken and mix until well coated. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- In a small bowl, combine ¼ cup parmesan, breadcrumbs, and melted butter. Mix until fully incorporated.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs over casserole. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until bubbling and golden.
- Serve hot.
