Start out by unrolling the crescent roll dough and placing the separated triangles on a clean work surface. Cut a tart apple, like granny smith, into thin slices so they soften during the quick bake time. I don’t bother peeling the apples, but you’re welcome to. I think the pop of green adds some nice color! Arrange a few apple slices and a small piece of brie cheese at the wide end of each triangle and roll toward the point.

Place the rolls on a parchment lined baking sheet and pop them in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until they’re golden brown and the cheese is bubbling. Serve them warm for the most delicious results! I hope you give these Apple & Brie Cheese Rolls a try for your next get-together. You’re going to love them!
