Making Mealtime Meaningful: Discover how we're giving back with the 12T Cares program →

Many of us have been trying our hand at various baking projects while we are stuck at home. There’s no better time to learn more about all of the awesome recipes that have eluded us for all of these years. Disney has been putting out a number of these recipes lately and we are forever grateful to them for sharing. Are you in search of further inspiration, though?

If so, the good folks at Pixar have definitely got you covered. Their recipes also come with an awesome, unexpected benefit: they are hosted by some of your favorite characters. Cooking With Pixar has been blowing up on YouTube for a few months now. It’s a great way to pass time with your children. Videos like theirs are sure to spark an interest in cooking for your little ones.

Forky from Toy Story 4 can teach you how to make a delicious Pizza Planet pie. Bao buns are also available, as the titular character will walk you through the process. Some of the recipes are not always written out, so you’ll need to navigate them based on feel. Barley and Ian Lightfoot (from Onward, if you haven’t had a chance to see it) offer up a delightful looking birthday cake.

Even if you are not looking to take on any baking projects, these clips are rather soothing. Sometimes, we like to jump into them at the very end which allows us to check out the finished product without having to go through all of the efforts of creating it. Recipes that do not come with exact measurements give us the chance to experiment and Pixar is here to help.

What’s next? If we are lucky, maybe we can get some cooking ideas from the one and only Ratatouille. Woody from Toy Story would probably know some good recipes, too! Pixar fans everywhere are definitely going to want to know about this channel, especially those with kids. If you know any parents with littles, make sure to pass this along to them!
