Sandwiches aren’t usually my go-to when it comes to mealtime, but I’ll make an exception for these Pesto Chicken Sliders any day of the week! With juicy chicken, melted mozzarella cheese, pesto sauce, and a butter garlic topping, these sliders are anything but ordinary.

Aside from being delicious little morsels of flavor, these Pesto Chicken Sliders are super easy to throw together and will be ready in about 30 minutes. Whether you’re looking for a tasty snack, an easy lunch, or a delicious dinner, this is the recipe for you! See how it’s done in the video below:

Don’t these sliders look incredible? Trust me, they taste even better. With cheesy chicken, savory pesto, and a crispy bun perfectly seasoned and toasted, what’s not to love? Plus, they’re small, so you can have 5. That’s a win in my book!

Start by preheating the oven to 375°F. Lightly spray an 8×8-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Next, slice the rolls in half. Spread pesto over the bottom halves and place them in the prepared baking dish.

Evenly distribute the shredded chicken on top of the pesto and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top. Make sure to get plenty of chicken and cheese on each bun! Cover with the top halves of the dinner rolls.

Once the sliders are assembled, it’s time to move on to that butter garlic topping. In a small bowl, whisk together butter, garlic, salt, and parsley. Brush the mixture over top of the sliders and cover the whole dish tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

That’s all there is to it! These make the perfect appetizer or party food. You can also throw some chips on the side for lunch, or serve with veggies and a salad for dinner. Go ahead and try out this recipe today!
