Nana's Chicken Spread
Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 (4 oz) can Underwood chicken spread
- 1 (12.5 oz) can chicken breast, drained
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup pecans, roughly chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Add cream cheese to a medium mixing bowl and whip until smooth.
- Add chicken spread, chicken breast, and spices and mix until well combined, then fold in pecans.
- Transfer mixture to a serving dish if desired. Cover and chill for 1 hour before serving for best flavor.
- Serve with crackers, on sandwiches, or as a dip.
