I’m absolutely in love with this quick little snack! While this would be good any time of year, it’s perfect for the fall and winter months. With thinly sliced, crisp apples, crumbled maple bacon, green onions, and mozzarella cheese, this pizza is a little different than others you’ve probably had. Everything is topped off with a drizzle of pure maple syrup and sprinkled with cinnamon and nutmeg to fill out the earthy flavors and balance out the saltiness of the bacon.

Now, let’s talk about ingredients. The list is relatively short with only 8 ingredients total, but that doesn’t mean you should skimp out and get the cheap stuff! Splurge for the thick-cut maple bacon and large, crisp apples. That will make all the difference in this recipe! Go ahead and check out the full ingredient list and directions below!

To get started on this tasty little snack, preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Then, set the pizza crust on a clean work surface. Arrange the apple slices on the crust first, followed by 3/4 cup of cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onions.

Drizzle maple syrup on top and sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg over everything. Finally, add the remaining 3/4 cup of cheese on top. Place the pizza directly on the middle oven rack and back according to package directions, usually 10-12 minutes. Serve up hot!
