You see, it isn’t just about getting the packet open. It’s also about how you distribute the ketchup once it’s out of the pack. You don’t want your fries to have too little or too much.
But one food and lifestyle blogger has cracked the code on how to perfectly open up a ketchup pack. It is not surprising that her genius hack has seen her TikTok video go viral, receiving more than 545,300 likes and 3,855 comments. TikTok user, cookiterica, has shown that the most effective way of opening a ketchup pack is to open it lengthwise!
As she explained in her video, “When [my daughter] Morgan was little and we would go through the drive-thru, we taught her to take the ketchup packet and tear it down this way. And then you open the packet, she could dip her fries right in there.”
It is such a simple and hassle-free method that it has blown many people’s minds across TikTok. One person wrote, “TikTok really is just a list of things I’ve been doing incorrectly my entire life.”
