For those of you who just can’t seem to get enough Hallmark movies in your life, then you probably really appreciate when Christmas rolls around. You watch those movies for pleasure but imagine watching them for cash.

That is exactly what happened with Jasmine Stringer, who has the job of watching 24 Hallmark movies in 12 days. The best news for her is, she is getting paid for it.

Jasmine is an author and lifestyle coach in Minneapolis. After watching the movie she has to blog about them on social media. For her efforts, she is getting paid $1000.

In order to be selected for this responsibility, she beat out 218,000 other people who applied for it.

Jasmine still has difficulty believing that she won the contest. “This is surreal,” she told KARE11. “I still don’t know how they picked us.”
