If you’re on the hunt for a sweet and nostalgic treat that tastes like something straight from Grandma’s recipe box, these Graham Cracker Logs are just the thing. They’re somewhere between a cookie and a cake and packed with rich flavors. And while the name might sound like something from a church potluck or a vintage cookbook, the result is anything but boring. Sometimes the old-school recipes are the very best! Let’s get into how they’re made.

What makes this recipe special is the soft and fudgy texture. The base starts with crushed graham crackers, which soak up a sweet blend of evaporated milk, sugar, and butter. Next, a dash of vanilla and cinnamon add some beautiful warm notes. The final step is folding in some mini chocolate chips and chopped pecans for that sweet and nutty combo. Spread the batter in a lined baking dish and pop it in the oven for about 45 minutes.

The hardest part might just be waiting for it to cool so you can cut into it! But trust us, it’s worth the wait. These bars slice beautifully once cooled and make the perfect treat for lunch boxes, after school snacks, or after dinner dessert. If you’re craving something sweet and a little old-school, give this recipe a try and it’s bound to be a new favorite!
