This easy recipe combines sweet strawberries with the creamy tang of Greek yogurt with darn delicious results. Our bite-sized treats are perfect for a hot afternoon or whenever you need a little pick-me-up. Especially because there’s no baking involved! Just a quick blend, freeze, and dip. Let’s get into it!
You’ll start out by combining fresh strawberries, Greek yogurt, a touch of honey, a hint of vanilla, and a pinch of salt in a blender or food processor. Pulse until that mixture is nice and smooth then spoon small portions onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Pop that sheet in the freezer until the chips are frozen solid.
For the final touch, melt about 1 cup of chocolate until it’s silky smooth, then allow it to cool slightly. Dip each chip into that yummy chocolate and place it back on the sheet. Return the chips to the freezer until they’re nice and solid, then you can take them off the baking sheet and store them in an airtight container. You’ll want to keep these treats frozen until right before you’re ready to enjoy them to keep them from melting. Hope you love these refreshing Frozen Strawberry Chips as much as we do!
