When most people think about Eminem, they think about rap music. There are a certain group of individuals in the Detroit area, however, who associate him with his restaurant.
If you’ve never had the opportunity to visit the Detroit location for Mom’s Spaghetti, you will have an opportunity this year to do so in Downtown LA.
Eminem is celebrating the Super Bowl by bringing his Detroit restaurant to the greater Los Angeles area, pop-up style.
The location in Los Angeles will serve some tasty Italian dishes, including spaghetti with beef, vegan meatballs, spaghetti with toast, and garlic bread. You could also enjoy one of Eminem’s favorites from his childhood, a s’ghetti sandwich.
According to TMZ, it was described by the co-owner of the restaurant, Curt Catallo, in this way:
“It’s not the kind of pasta you’d expect if your grandma came from Italy on a boat…it’s more like the spaghetti you’d know if your mom came from Michigan on a bus.”
