9. Over Hard

Cook over hard eggs even longer until the yolk is solid.

10. Poached

Poached eggs are more difficult to master, but they are a delight to serve on toast, English muffins or vegetables. Bring water to a gentle simmer in a saucepan, then crack an egg into the water and let it cook it for three to five minutes until the whites are no longer transparent.

11. Baked

Bake an egg by cracking it onto a frying pan, covering it and putting it into an oven set to medium-low heat. When the whites are firm, your egg is ready.
