The recipe uses pre-cooked shredded chicken to make preparation super easy. If you don’t have any extra chicken on hand, a rotisserie chicken from the store works great. Cream cheese and sour cream come together for a base that’s both rich and tangy. A packet of taco seasoning takes care of the spices, then the chicken, black beans, canned Rotel tomatoes, and cheese are all mixed into the creamy base. In just minutes your dip is ready for the oven! Bake for about 30 minutes or until the dip is bubbling and the cheese is starting to brown.
