Need an easy no-bake treat for the holiday season? These Coal Miner Bites are just the thing! What can we say, being on Santa’s naughty list has never looked so good. These little bites come together with just a handful of ingredients and are totally irresistible. And yes, there’s a little surprise inside. Let’s get into how these treats are made…

The ingredient list is short, but every item pulls its weight. Peanut butter–filled pretzels give you crunch and salt, while crushed Oreo cookies add that coal color and chocolatey flavor. White chocolate melts down to sweet things up and ties everything together. And a final dusting of powdered sugar ensures every piece is coated evenly.

This is a true no-bake recipe, which makes it perfect for busy days or when you just don’t want to turn on the oven. Once the white chocolate is melted, everything comes together quickly, so it helps to have your crushed cookies ready to go. A few good tosses in the bowl and you’re already most of the way there.

After the bites cool and set on a baking sheet, they’re ready to store or serve. Keep them in an airtight container and they’ll hold up well for sharing, gifting, or sneaking a handful when the craving hits. They may look like coal, but these bites are pure yuminess!
