You no longer have to race to finish the whole box in one sitting. The trick is a simple one to understand. The manner in which the box is sealed will tell the whole story. This trick first went viral last year but now it has come back for one more go round and we are grateful for that.
The mistake that many of us are making is a simple one: We have been closing the top panels of the cereal container as if it were a regular square box. This is all wrong. You are going to want the packaging to resemble a milk carton by the time it is all said and done.
When you are ready to get started, collapse three of the four cardboard pieces on top of each box into its opening. The two longer strips should remain turned up. From there, make sure that the two side panels are flipped inward so that a V shape is created.
In order to maintain that configuration, take the unfolded flap of cardboard and tuck it into the opposite flap. Make sure that the opening is closed and you’re all set.
