Instant Pot Creamy Tuscan Chicken Pasta

This is a recipe for those weeknights when you’re pulling in the driveway from soccer practice and it’s already dark out and you have thirty minutes to get dinner on the table. And. It. Is. GOOD. It’s creamy and quick and so layered with flavor. (And no, you don’t have to pre-cook or prep anything. Not even the chicken.) We all need these kinds of recipes, the kind that don’t take any thought at all. This one just gets major bonus points for being totally crave-worthy too. Get the recipe here!

One Pot Mediterranean Pasta

This pasta showcases some Mediterranean standards, like olives and feta, while fire roasted tomatoes and artichoke hearts dress it up a bit. It’s not a terribly long list of ingredients – there’s some oregano, thyme, garlic, and red onion too – but there’s no extra sauce to make or add-ins to saute. As soon as the pasta is al dente, you’re done! Get the recipe here!

Green Goddess Veggie Pasta Bake

Does anyone else remember getting swept up in the green goddess dressing fad?? For a little while there it seemed like green goddess anything was all the range, what with it being cool, creamy and refreshing, and, though it’s not quite as popular as it once was, we still love it and order it every chance we get, so when it occurred to us to try making a green goddess dressing-inspired spaghetti bake…oh my gosh, it’s like the heavens opened up and sang to us – we knew it was a great idea!
