Making Mealtime Meaningful: Discover how we're giving back with the 12T Cares program →

One of our favorite meals to make during the cold fall and winter months is soup! Sure, some people don’t consider soup a meal, but we’ll change their minds with these hearty soups! The best part is, each of these recipes can be made in a slow cooker. Easy, hearty, delicious… what’s not to love about that? Go ahead and try out a few of our favorite fall soup recipes and let us know which one is your favorite!

Slow Cooker Lasagna Soup

Lasagna is one of our favorite pasta dishes, but it can be a hassle to make, considering you have to cook the noodles and prepare all the different layers individually. Thankfully, it’s easy to get the classic lasagna flavors we love in an easy slow-cooker soup that’ll have you coming back for more! Filled with ground beef, tomatoes, onion, garlic and herbs, this soup is a breeze to make and it tastes phenomenal – make a big batch, ‘cause you’re going to want extra! Get the recipe here!

Slow Cooker Cajun Potato Soup

We’ve got a tried-and-true slow cooker potato soup that we’ve made time and again, but adding a Cajun twist really hit the spot and made us wonder why we didn’t try it sooner. The heart of this soup is the hash brown potatoes and the andouille sausage, made deliciously creamy with the addition of cheddar cheese, cream cheese and cream of chicken soup. Thanks mainly to andouille sausage and Old Bay, we got the Cajun flavor we were aiming for which ties the whole dish together. Trust us, this is ridiculously yummy – no one will believe you made it in the slow cooker. Get the recipe here!

Slow Cooker Garlic Parmesan Chicken Soup

Here’s a creamy soup that we’ve recently become obsessed with, and that’s perfect if you want creaminess without all the accompanying calories. Chowder-esque soups tend to be roux-based, meaning they’re thickened with a butter, flour and cream mixture, but we skipped the butter and flour here and just used 2/3 a cup of heavy cream. Divided up into 8 servings, that’s super reasonable! So, to recap, rich, creamy flavor, packed with veggies and protein – a dinner you can definitely go back for seconds of. Get the recipe here!

Extra Creamy Slow Cooker Cheeseburger Soup

Sometimes you just need a thick and creamy, indulgent soup that will warm and fill you up. Chicken noodle is great and comforting and all that, but that’s not what today’s soup is about; we’re looking for decadence and tons of flavor. Which is how this ridiculously addictive slow cooker cheeseburger soup came about. Now, we’ve done a slow cooker cheeseburger soup before, but we thought it was time to update it a bit, in regards to one ingredient in particular. Get the recipe here!

Slow Cooker Pumpkin Soup

This is our creamy slow cooker pumpkin soup and let us tell you, it really is all it’s cracked up to be. Using a serious amount of pumpkin in this – 58 ounces; we’re really not messing around here – makes for a very thick soup that tastes velvety and delicious. Along with the pumpkin, we threw in some onion and tons of fall-centric spices to pump things up. Get the recipe here!
