This mother of three is making a claim that may seem outlandish to some but not to worry, she is backing it up. She is telling the world about how she managed to potty train her three toddlers in a matter of three days.
Now, she is here to share her methods with the rest of us. Hollin Parkinson also happens to have a very unique claim to fame. She was Mrs. Idaho in 2022.
Once she shared the method with TikTok, it did not take long for the video to go viral and it has now been viewed more than 3 million times. There are many parents who are at their wit’s end and looking for tips.
Hollin starts the clip by lamenting the fact that you still often end up changing diapers after year one.
“You have to be mentally prepared to lock down and potty train your child,” she explains. “You need to make the decision without a plan B that you will not have diapers as a back-up plan, and you will be in your house on lockdown for three whole days,” Hollin continues. To start the process, she purchases all sorts of foods and drinks that are going to keep the kids regular. From there, it is time to wait but she does not have to wait for too long.
She does warn that these three days are going to require the parent or parents who are involved to give the children their undivided attention.
“I mean, you’re not even looking at your phone. With all three of my children, my phone was on the counter, I was involved with them on the floor doing puzzles, playing with cars, they were not out of my sight and nothing was in my hands so I could be accessible to them,” Hollin shares.

The tips that Hollin is providing were sourced directly from other parents, who she is quick to credit for helping her out. “I put it to the test myself with an accumulation of their and my own experience!” she says.
Hollin also recommends providing kids with lots of positive reinforcement and giving them the chance to pick out their own underwear.
