Slow Cooker Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

We like to put our slow cooker to work as often as possible – not just with main dishes, but with sides as well! And these slow cooker Brussels sprouts are really great for when the oven is already occupied, or for warm days when we don’t want to heat up the house. The sprouts themselves require very little work (that’s what the slow cooker is for!) and come out fork-tender, but the star of this dish is the balsamic glaze. Get our addictive recipe here!

Slow Cooker Breakfast Casserole

Packed with morning staples like hash browns, eggs, sausage, and cheese, our whole family loves this dish on the weekend (especially if somehow there are leftovers to start Monday morning with), and we love being able to prep it the night before…waking up to the smell of breakfast and knowing our work is already done is pretty much the best way to start the weekend! Slow Cooker Caramelized Onion

When it comes to onions, we like ours beautifully caramelized, but we hate having to keep an eye on them as they cook on the stove, constantly coming to stir them and make sure they don’t burn. Given how many other awesome things our slow cookers have churned out, we figured this was the perfect time to put them to the test and see if it wasn’t 100 times easier to whip up a batch of sweet, brown onions without lifting a finger. Slow Cooker French Fries

That’s right, throw your potatoes in your slow cooker, rev em up to high heat and you can have non-fried french fries in just a few hours! They taste amazing – especially with the seasoning we gave them – and they’re way better for you than the real deal. Does it get any better than that?! Get our healthy recipe here!
